FAQ / Frequently asked questions
Before you create, here's what to know.
Common questions about models, references, task progress, and credit settlement. Model specifications and usage follow the information shown when running a task.
Who is eluai for?
eluai is for ecommerce sellers and operators, graphic and brand designers, content creators and social media managers, short-video and storyboard teams, and individual creators. Explore product scenes, poster and illustration assets, content covers and storyboards. Capabilities depend on the selected model and settings.
How can I create ecommerce product scenes with AI?
Upload a clear product reference, describe its material, color, setting and details to preserve, then select an image model that supports references and review estimated credits. Compare the result with the original product, checking logos, packaging text, proportions and structure. References cannot guarantee an unchanged product. The use cases page provides steps and example prompts.
What can designers create with eluai?
Explore poster backgrounds, illustrations, brand concepts and social media images, and use the canvas to organize and compare directions. Generated images can serve as assets or concepts. Check exact text, brand guidelines and print specifications separately; they are not editable vector design files.
Are image2 and GPT-Image2 the same model entry?
The image2 entry in eluai corresponds to GPT-Image 2, commonly written GPT-Image2 or GPT Image 2. GPT-Image 2.5 Flare, Flare Pro, and Sunburst each have separate entries. Select the full name and check specifications and credits before running. See the catalog for availability.
Which model should I choose when searching nanobanana 2.0?
Nano Banana 2 appears as “香蕉2” in the Chinese catalog and is often searched as nanobanana 2.0 or NanoBanana 2. Google calls it Nano Banana 2, corresponding to Gemini 3.1 Flash Image. Nano Banana 2.1 and Nano Banana Pro are separate entries. Confirm the version; available operations, settings, and credits follow the canvas.
Are Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 the same version?
They are different versions. Use the full name actually available in the eluai catalog; the Seedance 2.0 entry is not Seedance 2.5. The catalog updates with configuration. Check the model name, duration, resolution, and estimated credits before running.
What is eluai?
eluai is an AI visual creation platform for ecommerce sellers, designers and content creators. Generate images and videos, work from reference images, and explore inspiration templates. Start with text or a reference image, organize assets on one canvas, compare ideas and refine your work.
Do I need to sign in?
The home page, model catalog, guides, and billing explanation are public. Generation, personal works, and project management require sign-in and sufficient credits.
How many reference images can I upload?
Limits depend on model and operation; image-to-image, upscaling, and image-to-video can differ. Follow the limit in the current toolbar and recheck references and settings after changing models.
Can references guarantee that people or products remain unchanged?
No. References guide models, but generation may still change people, product details, or text. Specify features to preserve, compare every detail afterward, and adjust or regenerate if needed.
Do failed generations use credits?
Tasks settle successful nodes at actual usage and release unused reserved credits. If all nodes fail with zero usage, all reserved credits are released. With partial failure, successful nodes are still billed. A successful result you dislike is not a failed task; rerunning uses new credits.
Why does the estimate differ from the final charge?
The pre-run amount is an estimate used to reserve credits. Final settlement depends on successful nodes and the provider price actually used. Model, specifications, count, and duration affect usage. Review records on the credits page.
What if a task is queued or takes too long?
Check progress on the canvas and avoid duplicate submissions. Refreshing or reopening the original workflow can recover task status. If it remains stalled, record the task ID and time and contact support.
Where can I find generated images and videos?
After signing in, find generated content on Works or the original canvas node. Search and filter works by project. For multiple images, choose which one to use downstream in the node.
Do I need to rerun everything after partial failure?
Check failed nodes and errors, keep successful results, then adjust settings or references and run the necessary nodes. When upstream results change, check downstream updates. New runs bill the corresponding nodes again.
How do I buy credits or contact support?
Sign in and open Credits for your balance, plans, and purchase instructions. Currently follow the page instructions to contact support. Use the support entry at the bottom right of the home page and include task ID and time for task questions.
