CREDITS / Credits and billing

Understand usage before you create.

eluai uses credits for generation tasks. 1 credit equals ¥0.01 CNY. Models, operations, resolutions, image counts, and video durations affect usage. Check estimated credits before running.

How is a run billed?

01 / Estimate

Check required credits

After choosing a model and settings, check the estimated usage on the canvas. Changing models or specifications changes the estimate.

02 / Reserve

Credits reserved on submission

The system freezes the estimated credits for the run. This reserves the amount for settlement; it is not the final charge.

03 / Settle

Settle successful nodes

After the task finishes, successful nodes are billed for actual usage and unused reserved credits are released. View your credit history.

Are failed or partially failed tasks charged?

If all nodes fail and actual usage is zero, all reserved credits are released. With partial failure, successful nodes are still billed for actual usage; unused reserved credits are released.

Settlement example (not a model price)

If 100 credits are reserved and successful nodes use 60, you are charged 60 and the remaining 40 are released. If all nodes fail with zero usage, all 100 are released.

Successful generation that does not meet expectations differs from execution failure. Running again creates a new task and usage. Keep the task ID and contact support with settlement questions.

Why isn't there a fixed model price list here?

Model configuration, available specifications, and provider routing may change. Different settings for the same model may use different billing methods.Use the estimate before running and the actual settlement afterward. This page explains billing mechanics and does not promise permanent model prices.

Browse the Model catalog, then select specific parameters on the canvas to see required credits.

How do I buy credits and view records?

After signing in, open the Credits pageto view your balance, plans, and purchase instructions. The current purchase entry asks you to contact support; follow its instructions. Plans and promotions follow the displayed information and support confirmation at the time.

If a task remains unfinished or frozen credits are not released, check task status, then give support the task ID and time. Do not resubmit the same task to try to release credits.

Purchase refunds are reviewed manually by support. Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, and platform issues can be reviewed; other cases are discussed individually. See theRefund policy. Releasing credits after a failed task is not a cash refund.
