USE CASES
Find a starting point for ecommerce, design and content creation.
Choose your use case to see what to prepare, steps to follow and example prompts. These are usage examples; capabilities depend on currently available models and settings.
Ecommerce: from product references to scene and marketing images
Start with product images to explore listing backgrounds, lifestyle scenes and marketing visuals, then compare different directions.
Getting started
- Prepare a clear product reference and describe its material, color, setting and features to preserve.
- Select Image on the homepage to enter chat, or choose an image model with reference support in the canvas. Set the aspect ratio, review the estimated credits, and generate.
- Compare each result with the original product, select useful images, and refine the background, lighting or composition.
Example prompt
Preserve the shape and color of the off-white candle vessel in the reference. Place it on a light wooden bedside table with warm side lighting, a clean background and space for copy on the right. Do not add brand text.
Before delivery
Before publishing, check logos, packaging text, proportions and product structure. References guide generation but do not guarantee unchanged product details.
Design: explore posters, illustrations and brand visuals
Compare compositions, colors and styles using text and references to develop visual concepts for posters, illustrations and brand projects.
Getting started
- Define the theme, aspect ratio, main colors and space for copy. Prepare reference assets you have permission to use.
- Generate a few visual directions, arrange them side by side on the canvas and choose one to refine.
- Download selected assets and complete layout, exact text and final delivery checks for the project.
Example prompt
Create a background illustration for a spring coffee poster, using off-white and dark green. Place a cup in the lower half and leave ample space above for a headline. Use a paper texture and do not generate text.
Before delivery
Results can serve as visual assets or concepts. Check exact text, brand guidelines and print specifications separately; generated images are not editable vector design files.
Content: create covers, post images and video assets
Create covers and post images around an article, campaign or channel theme, or turn reference images into video shots.
Getting started
- Choose the content topic, the aspect ratio required by the publishing platform and the headline position.
- Start from an inspiration template or your own prompt, then adjust the subject, style and references.
- Review and download the image. For motion assets, choose an available video model and review its credit estimate separately.
Example prompt
A cover image for a weekend city walk: a warm afternoon, a corner cafe and tree shadows. Place the subject on the right with clean space on the left. Use a relaxed lifestyle photography style and do not generate text.
Before delivery
Check cropping, headline readability and asset usage for the target platform. Image and video generation are separate tasks with separate usage.
Storyboards: organize characters, scenes and connected shots
Start with character and scene descriptions, develop storyboard images and video shots, and organize the process on the canvas.
Getting started
- Use the story workspace to define the narrative, character appearance and scene style, and prepare character references.
- Generate images shot by shot. Review characters, clothing, props and shot relationships before creating video.
- Review motion and continuity for each shot, keep useful assets and refine the parts that need changes.
Example prompt
Use the character appearance and dark coat from the reference. At night, the character stands outside a convenience store, with warm indoor light illuminating one side of the face. Medium shot, steady camera, the character slowly turns their head.
Before delivery
Check character consistency and video continuity shot by shot. Available reference-image options, durations and resolutions depend on the selected model settings.
Personal projects: start from an inspiration template
Start with a single image without first building a complex workflow. Explore AI art, visual expression and personal ideas.
Getting started
- Browse images in the inspiration library and select Use to bring a template into the canvas.
- Change the subject, setting or style, choose a model and parameters, review credits and run.
- Review the result, adjust one or two requirements at a time, and save or download the work you like.
Example prompt
A small pomegranate-shaped robot reading by a window, soft morning light, warm illustration colors, only one book on the table, calm and simple composition.
Before delivery
Using a template does not automatically start generation. Running requires sign-in and review of estimated credits; generating again creates new usage.
Models, costs and next steps
Check available capabilities in the model catalog, then follow the creation guide. eluai uses usage-based credits: one credit corresponds to CNY 0.01. Costs depend on the model, resolution, output count and video duration. Review estimated credits before running.
